Abdul Hakim is a native of Atlanta and a graduate of Georgia State University.

 

Abdul Hakim is the founder and Managing Director of SCD Corp (SCDC). SCDC is a consulting practice that specializes in organization, community and leadership planning and development.   

 

Over the last thirty years, Abdul Hakim has served in the leadership of numerous community based organizations addressing issues related to the establishment of model community life that is also sustainable.  His book “The Transcending Mind” Claiming Your Place Within The Emerging Global Community of Man is a commentary on the dynamics that are associated with this powerful movement that is taking place in the global human society .  He is also the co-host, along with Qadira; of a weekly radio program on station IWDM Radio entitled “The Health and Wealth of Natural Community Life.”
